This Privacy Policy specifies the purpose, scope, and means by which and how we process personal data of natural persons (“you”), how we treat it, your rights and other information based on data protection regulations if you are using the website https://everx.dev including all its subdomains and all their respective pages (“Website”).
We, us or our mean EverX Labs Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of British Virgin Islands, whose registered office is at Ground Floor, Coastal Building Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, P.O. Box 2136, Carrot Bay VG 1130, British Virgin Islands.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time as our service development is a constant process. The last revised version of the Privacy policy is available on the Website.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, information about your health, and other genetic and biometric data).

How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to do so. Most commonly we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
  • Where you have consented before the processing.
  • Where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter or have entered with you
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

Retention of personal data
We retain personal data in an identifiable format for the least amount of time necessary to fulfill our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes (in general, for up to 5 years after the termination of the relationship), unless the mandatory retention period under applicable law is longer.
The accounting documents containing personal data shall be kept for seven years from the end of the financial year to which the personal data relate.
If an employment or consultancy contract is not concluded with the data subject, we will keep the personal data collected in the process of negotiating the employment or consultancy contract for five years in order to make a possible new job offer to the data subject. Five years after the start of the application process, the personal data of a data subject who has not entered into an employment or consultancy contract will be deleted.

International transfers
Your personal data may be processed, transferred to, and maintained on servers and databases located in countries where privacy laws may not be as protective as your jurisdiction.
